What wax is used for the candle?
We chose to use a blend of palm wax and soy wax. They are both plant-based, vegan, and natural.

Can the gift set be recycled?
100% yes! Once the candle has run its course, and the diffuser oil is no more, all of the product can be recycled. Gift box, candle jar, diffuser jar, and reed sticks are recyclable.

Why can we not purchase through your website and only via Amazon?
As we are a small business just getting started, Amazon is currently the only marketplace where our product can be purchased. In the not too distant future, we aim to offer our product(s) via our own website. Watch this space!

What should I do if there is an issue with the product?
We truly hope you will love our product, but for whatever reason, if there is an issue, please return directly to Amazon, and as per Amazon's T&Cs you will be refunded.
